Who pays shipping?
Umzuzu pays the cost for shipping. Your shipping is always free and insured whether you are sending or receiving Merchandise to or from Umzuzu.

What happens if my items are lost in shipping?

Umzuzu insures all packages, whether you are shipping or receiving.

How is my Personal Information used by Umzuzu?
Umzuzu takes the privacy and security of your information very seriously. For more specific information about how we use your personal information, please see our Privacy Statement and Notice of Privacy Practices.

What is your returns policy?
If you are not happy with our offer, you have 4 days to reject our offer by responding to the offer email. We will return your item within 5 business days FREE of charge.

Do your products come with a warranty?
Umzuzu is honored to have the opportunity to serve you. We stand behind all of our products with a full one-year limited warranty. If an item we sell you should fail as a result of the manufacturer’s defect at any time during the first year, we will repair or replace the item at absolutely no cost to you. Umzuzu guarantees that every item of jewelry and watch we sell to be 100% authentic and genuine name-brand, unless otherwise specified. We will let you know if any jewelry or watch has been customized or upgraded..

Do you have a retail store or are all transactions conducted over the Internet?
In order to provide you with the best value for your money all of our transactions are conducted over the internet. As a result we are able to pass on the savings to you instead of having to build in costs to cover the overhead expenses that come with maintaining a physical presence in a retail store.

How do you source the merchandise you offer to sell to your customers?
As well as purchasing quality pre-owned merchandise from private individuals, we purchase from authorized dealers, jewelry stores, respected industry wholesalers and industry trade shows that feature only the highest quality merchandise.

Do the watches you sell come with their serial numbers?
We do not accept or sell any watches without serial numbers, and we do not remove serial numbers for any reason. We sell only the finest products in excellent condition.

Do you charge sales tax?
We do NOT charge sales tax for any shipments outside the state of Georgia.

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept PayPal, direct bank deposits and bank wire transfers.

Do I get the manufacturer’s warranty?
Due to the fact that Umzuzu is not an authorized dealer for many of the products that we sell, the manufacturer may not honor their original warranty. All products sold at Umzuzu do come with a one-year warranty. Please see our Warranty section under Purchase Info at the bottom of every page for more details.

Do you take trade-ins?
Umzuzu is delighted to offer you the opportunity to add to your collection of watches and fine jewelry. We are happy to offer an exclusive and simple trade in program for all watches and jewelry. Contact our sales department for further information.

Do you take consignments?
An alternative way to sell your watch in an attempt to achieve a higher price for your valuable timepiece or jewelry is our consignment process. We will examine, service, clean, polish and photograph your piece. We will then distribute this to our network and auction houses with a view to selling your piece for the highest amount possible. Umzuzu charges an 18% consignment fee and a nominal servicing and preparation fee for this service.
